Merchant Terms & Conditions

 1. Performance-Based Salary & Incentives:

- The full salary package (Basic Salary + Incentives) will be provided only if 100% targets are achieved.  
- To qualify for Basic Salary, employees must complete at least 50% of their targets.  
- If an employee fails to achieve 50% of targets for two consecutive months, they will receive Basic Salary only, but no incentives.  
- If, after the third month, their performance does not improve to at least 60%, their account will be terminated.  

2. Referral Target & KYC Requirement:

- If referrals are part of the target, then their *KYC must be completed*.  
- The company will only *consider verified users* while calculating referral-based targets.  

3. Probation Period:

The first three months will be considered a probation period for all new employees.  
- Employees meeting 100% targets during probation will continue to receive their full salary & incentives.  
- Employees achieving 70-80% of targets will receive Basic Salary + 50% Incentives.  
- Employees failing to meet minimum targets* for *three consecutive months* will have their accounts blocked & contract terminated.  

4. Incentive Structure:

 - 100% Target Achievement: Full Basic Salary + Full Incentive  
- 70-80% Target Achievement: Basic Salary + 50% Incentive  
- Below 50% Target Achievement: No Salary & No Incentive  
- Consistently below 50% performance for three months: Termination  

5. Security Deposit Policy:

- The security deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.  
- It is a one-time payment required to start as a Merchant.  

6. General Conditions:  

- The monthly performance will be evaluated based on sales, referrals, and task completion.  
- Employees must actively engage in marketing & promotions as per company guidelines.  
- The company holds the right to *suspend or terminate* accounts in case of poor performance or violation of company policies.
